The Patrician Society

AGM 2017 is tentatively scheduled for 01 July 2017, 2:30pm Heritage Room, SPS. We seek all members to attend the AGM; there is a need for at least 20 members to be present or where a written proxy is submitted.

MoM of previous AGM to be ratified and passed.

​

President's Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for 2016/2017 will be presented for acceptance and passing.

​

The appointment of our Hon Auditors for 2017/2019, Mr Francis Paulus and Mr Francis Thompson, will need to be passed.

​

Proposed amendments to be considered are:

1. Inclusion of Graduated Class Ambassadors in our membership

2. Inclusion of Pioneer Membership for those who served in the society's first nine (9) Ex-Cos. 

​

Election of Ex-Co 2017/2019 to be then carried out.
