2. Reconstructed RoS submissions: indicate "Reconstructed 2011-2014"
3. Financial Statement for 2015: indicate "TPS FR 2015"

Do note that the carried forward balance as of 1 July 2015 was S$6,431.65; and the carried forward balance of 24 June 2016 is S$12,362.18.
