The Patrician Society

AGM 2016 was held on 26 June 2016, 2:30pm Heritage Room, SPS.

Thank you to all who came, as the required quorum of at least 20 members (present and via proxy) was met, with your support.

​

President's Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for 2015/2016 was presented and passed.

​

Hon Auditors for 2016/2017, Mr Francis Paulus and Mr Francis Thompson, were appointed.

​

Proposed amendments were accepted with minor changes:

1. Ex-Co term of office (starting from 2017) will be 2 years

2. All Patricians upon leaving St Patrick's are now eligible to join the society, but can only stand for office  upon attaining age 21.

​

Election of Ex-Co 2016/2017 was carried out; with Dr John Tan stepping down as Hon. Secretary, and with Louis Lim being voted in as the new Hon. Secretary as well as 2 additional Ex-Co members - Marc Nerva and Wayne Sandz. Additionally, Edmond Pereira has graciously accepted to be our ex-offico legal counsel.

The MoM of the AGM has been prepared and is ready for next AGM.
